Which is best? I hear EasyJet flies to London from Paris but I don't hear good things about that airline.

EasyJet is good enough, I use it between Amsterdam and London.
The deciding factors should be price and time.

Flying will cost about one hour, but you have to be at the airport at least one hour before, on busy days two hours. It takes half an hour between your plane and that you leave the airport, more on busy days.
On top of that comes the travel to and from the airports. Both Paris and London have good access to most airports, but it takes at least half an hour, one hour is more likely.
Add that up and the travel between Paris and London by air cost you 3,5 to 6 hour, by train it cost 30 minutes to check in, less than three hours by train and starts and ends in town. So the total travel time will be 3,5 hours, less if you have the shorter of the trips.
The other thing to select on is the price, both train and air tickets are sold with different prices. Cheap ones first, later the prices go up.
There are some special offers and so on.
So you will have to check the price for your preferred day and see what is available.

I would bet on the train for this trip, easier, faster and not (much more) expensive.

EasyJet is a budget airline - they are "no-frills". They have new planes and prefer to spent money on security instead of on customer service. I've flown with them several times, they're are ok if you can do with a low seat-pitch and without food and drink during your flight. Don't worry about them.

Eurostar on the other hand is faster, but in most cases more expensive.

I suggest you look up the available flights from Paris to London on http://www.skyscanner.net and compare with the times and prices available on http://www.eurostar.com for the dates you want.
Just take the time and cost of travel to/from the airports into account when you make your decision. Research these factors online before you book!
