What are the underlying reasons for such hasty decisions?

Fools are by definition quick to follow their immediate instinct without considering the rationale or consequences behind their actions. Fools rush in because it feels right at the time.

Patience - People make decisions that are not based upon reason because they do not want to take the time to make that decision properly. Especially now, we are a now generation. No patience at all to make a correct and thought-out decision.

easy! because when people makes hasty decisions they're not thinking what will this decision result in the long run; rather they're just caught in the moment.

Usually theses fools are desperate and will take anthing that comes there way thats why they rush in

you already call them fools.....how can they do things with brian? so rush in....no surprise...quite common!!!
by the way...if you watch singers and fans...probably you will think that fans are fools....but fools will get what they wanted....free concert tickets and get near to their favourite singers.....for those remain cool and calm and only stand far and admire.....so who get the benefits?
