Conceit is very variable and a highly dimensional charecter.
when we discuss religion for example, I might stick to my point of view and that could be more outta faith, yet to you since u may not subscribe to my point of view or may not be of the same school of thought, I might appear conceited.
I believe its a word coined to describe those that you may not be able to convince.

i honestly don't know. i guess if i were someone would have told me by now, so I'm gonna say no i am not conceited.
