Ok i moved away from california last year in december
and my freind ryan keeps having these dreams...
he thinks they mean something and so do i... but what?
heres the dream:
and now i think that it might be a sign. the dream was that i was about 25 or so and i was walking down a street in San Fransisco and i saw this girl who i thought i knew but i wasnt sure ((she looked like you Tay)) so i went up to them and asked if i knew them if i knew them and they said that they didnt know me. and i asked what their name was and it was taylor. i was sooo suprised when i asked if you knew a ryan lewis and you said yes. i was sooo shocked that i literaly grabbed you and started hugging you and holding you sooo tightly and said "i love you tay" over and over. you then thought i was some stranger and pushed me away and then i woke up. but yeah i never have dreams like this one so i believe that it is a sign. I love you sooo much tay and i miss you sooo much.

Dreams can often be something from our subconscious bubbling up.
It sounds to me like he misses having you around and is afraid you'll forget about him. (You're both younger than 25, right--in high school, maybe?)
Keep in touch with him; maybe you can visit each other. Don't fret too much about the "love" stuff--you're still young and a lot can happen in the next few years. You might find that you actually do grow apart as your experiences diverge. Take life as it comes.

I can only get one meaning out of all of that, & that is: Ryan loves you, & misses you. He is also expressing a fear that you will forget about him & not recognise him the next time you two meet.
I am sure that if you two are determined enough to one day meet again, that you will do it long before either of you has a chance to forget. :-)

It one of my jobs to analyse dreams for my clients This dream is telling you and him this .. Yes he loves you and mised your presense , but by the age of 25 both of you will have taken very different path
