True - but sometimes a bank will allow you to take a certain amount out the same day. I have Bank of America and they allow you to take out $100 of any deposit, cash or check made that day. The balance is not available until the next business day.

True. It has to be processed into the system, which is usually the next business day. Sometimes they will give you a certain amount of it, like $300.00 of the $1000 you deposited, but generally, you should keep what you need and only deposit what you do not intend on using that day.

If it was through an ATM, true. If the cash was handed to the teller at the bank, might be available immediately, especially if you ask them to do so.
