did both at the same time ,worked out 6 times a week and went on medifast and lost 104 pounds in 8 months

Yes! I joined a group called ... Marathon Makeover. Check out their website. I also workout at the YMCA. The YMCA has great equipment and personal trainers that will help you get the results you desire. I also practice portion control when I eat. I also eat healthy foods. Every once and a while I may stumble but then I just tell myself that I just have to get back on track. It also helps to have someone you can partner up with to workout with. I went from being a couch potatoe to running in the Chicago Marathon with only 8 months of training. Good luck to you!

Yeah, Weight Watchers. It's a very good program. Definitely works.

I did cardio 4 days a week and took 2 pilates classes per week. And I quit drinking beer and cut out sweets. I lost 40 lbs in about 8 months. I've kept most of it off and am not totally out of shape, and I have since quit exercising...

pilates works very well, I highly recommend it.

Yup, I'm currently working out at Curves. I've lost 7 1/2 inches in 1 month. I like it.

He's a ICU doctor and a genius, his book is easy to understand and it works.
He is in his 50's and has a 5% body fat walk the talk reputation. I adore him, he gives you the choice to follow his diet and/or work out either way you look great and feel awesome.

I did Weight Watchers for a while and lost 20 lbs. It does work, if you follow the rules and don't cheat.

I did "Disco sweat" by Richard Simmons and lost 30 pounds and I cut out sugar from my diet.

Both, but really you need to do both at the same time to actually get long term results.
