if your watching your weight you dont want to eat the crab salad on crackers because the crackers are loaded with sodium (salt) and the soup if it comes in a can you dont want that either because of the salt.....And if you happen to be skinny go for the gusto and eat both lol

Well if you're like me and you don't have a lot of food, eat the soup because you'll feel less hungry later. Otherwise, if you have enough food not to run out, then have toast, becuz toast iz gewd ^_^
