The contemporary scientific community and even Einstein has predicted that on Dec 24 2012 there will be a polar shift here on earth because of Planet X or Nibiru disrupting our solar system. Basically they are saying that the north pole and south pole will switch in a matter of seconds , causing Earth to spin the other way around and therefore cause chaos here on Earth , they estimate that every calamity from A-Z will happen , and that a 3rd of the world will be wiped out. Is this myth ? Or is this really real ? How come NASA or any other space agency isn't alerting us about this , shouldnt we start preparing for this ?

Where are you getting this stuff from? I will pay you one million dollars if you can show me a legitamate scientific journal that predicts that the planet X or Nibiru will enter our solar system in 2012. You say that the "contemporary scientific community" predicts this. There should be somewhere that gives the evidence that backs this up. As for Einstein saying it, a lot of people believe that their wacko ideas will be believable if they can convince the world that Einstein said it. Once again, show me where this came from. Einstein's papers are online now.

Go to this site and show me where Einstein predicted it.

As for pole switches, geology does show that this happens from time to time on Earth. About every 100,000 years or so. However, geology also shows there are no extinctions that coincide with these. The only thing that seems to have problems with it are radiolaria. However, there is no evidence of anything other than that.

Causing the earth to completely reverse its rotation is ludicrous. The planet surface would disentigrate if this were to happen in a matter of seconds as you say. There would be no point of preparing for something like this to happen. The world would end. Simple laws of motion tell us that an object in motion will resist a change in motion unless acted upon by an outside force and that force will equal the mass of the object multiplied by the acceleration of change of movement. The force to change the rotation of the earth in seconds is unbelievably large. This is not something that has happened to the earth before and there is no evidence to even hint at it happening in the future.

People are claiming that the world will end because the mayan calendar ends in 2012. This is just another prediction in a long string of failed predictions. January 1, 2013 will come around and the world will still be here. Then the end of the world forecasters will have to find another story.

>>>The contemporary scientific community and even Einstein has predicted that on Dec 24 2012 there will be a polar shift

Um, no. No no no. No no no no no no no no.

Please do not associate the "contemporary scientific community" or Professor Einstein with this pseudoscience bullshit. The only people predicting the end of the world in 2012 are crackpots and frauds out to scare you into giving them money. For the record:

- Nothing of any astronomical importance is happening in 2012.

- There is no such thing as Nibiru.

- The Earth's magnetic field has shifted many times in the past with no ill effects. When this happens the Earth doesn't spin backwards.

Welllll.. a couple of things. 1. Magnetic Polar shifts happen every so often - we see evidence of this going back millions of years. It has nothing to do with planets wandering by. 2. A brown dwarf is usually 3 to 8 times the size of Jupiter, and can be much larger. They can't be *smaller* than Jupiter. 3. Unless it's moving at tremendous relative speed, a planet the size of Saturn *would* be detected by now, since 2012 is only 5 years out. Heck, we see comets a year or so before they get here, and they're many millions of times smaller. Now... in answer to your question... A polar shift has happened before. Today, we see the north magetic pole wandering up to 8 to 20 miles per day. During periods of the shift, the magnetic 'shield' which protects us against cosmic rays and solar radiation will disappear, and (depending on how long a shift takes), we would likely see increases in cancers of all types, but most notably skin cancers. Animals would be affected - especially those who can detect the Earth's magetic field for navigation. Speaking of which, every compass on Earth will be useless during the shift, and will point the wrong way *after* the shift is complete.

Einstein Polar Shift

The Earth's axis is tilted at an angle of 23.5 degrees, which is responsible for our seasons.
This axis is shifting all the time, in a process called precession. This process causes our magnetic (North) pole to shift in regard to Galactic North reference.
Think of it as a spinning top; as the top slows, the top end of it develops an ever- increasing wobble.
There has been evidence that geologists have unearthed that very strongly suggest that the Earth's magnetic poles have shifted (quite radically) from north to south, and then back again after only a few tens of thousands of years.
Nasa, the ESA, Japan... nobody has alerted us of a rogue body interfering with Earth's orbit, because it doesn't exist.

ok. einstien predicted nothing of the sort, neither have any credible scientists. einstein was a physicist not a fortune teller. you are reading the garbage of Patrick Geryl. planet X or nemesis have never been proven or observed and now considered to not exist. the magnetic poles of the earth are indeed shifting. but this process takes tens of thousands of years and has happened several times before.

and...!!!...nothing with happen because of it. youll need a new compass, thats about it. a magnetic pole shift wont cause disaster or anything at all. Patrick Geryl is a fraud.

well i dont really know about all that, but i mean even if they did thats why itll be chaos and such 'cause people are panicing and going crazy, when in reality we cant do anything about it to stop it from happing.

This is bogus nonsense, aimed at people who are more than normally credulous, like yourself apparently.
