The tendons are composed primarily of regular dense connective tissue. This is also found in the ligaments. Muscles and by muscles I will assume you mean skeletal or striated muscle, are composed primarily of striated muscle tissue. This tissue is made up of large, multinucleated cells. They have cross striations, are tapered on the ends, and are arranged parallel to each other. There is loose connective tissue between muscles. There can be deposits of adipose tissue between muscle fibers, and naturally blood vessels, which have smooth muscle and endothelial tissue in there make up would be present, carrying blood which is another connective tissue.
