whats the worlds most complex compound, known to date? most complex I have heard is botox (botulinum toxin) which has a chemical formula of C6760 H10447 N1743 O2010 S32.

sounds a bit complex. any others?

Proteins.!!!!
Not only do they have very large formulas , but also have different elements.

Nanotubes are regular complex molecules but usually have only one element - Carbon!!!
