In what type of cell would you find large numbers of the golgi complex and why?

Golgi complex is well developed in protein secreting cells that constant manufacture proteins, for example in pancreatic cells that secrete digestive enzymes. In these cells proteins have to be packaged before being discharged outside the cells.
It is also voluminous in polyploid cells.
