Just leave them alone, they should grow by thierselves.

That depends on what you want from it. And also what kindof fish you mean. You need to add the fish (I would recommend getting them from a fish farm)

If the pond is large enough to be balanced, then leaving them on their own should work. Be sure to add more than one kind of fish to a pond like that.

If its smaller, or you want more fish from it than a balanced pond can provide, then you will have to provide whatever comes up short. You might have to provide an aerator if its going to be more fish than the pondsize can support or you dont want pond plants providing the air. You might have to provide fish food to get the most fish out of it for its size. And REALLY crowded ponds will need medicines added because the crowding causes health problems. Then the REALLY commercial version needs multiple ponds or separated areas for the small, medium, large, and breeders to be separated.
