I disagree, because he wasnt going to go anywhere with 5 cops holding them and handcuffed.
he even told them not to taser him and yet that lady cop still did. very cold hearted.

I don't agree either. Senator Kerry were telling the cops let him go, he was willing to answer his question.
Those police officers should be punished for what they did to the kid.

he was asking question about bush! then the police didn't want to dig in to bush discussion. The Police who tasered him SHOULD BE PUNISHED. he wasn't resist arrest with violence. In the video, I never hear them telling him about his miranda rights!
