Let's say they are 17 & joined at the hip. They have three legs + share internal organs. But are otherwise healthy/happy & can walk. One wants to be separated but the other doesn't because it could likely result in their death, plus the other twin would get their shared leg, they both control.

Upon being refused separation lets say the stronger twin takes a hammer & bashes in the weaker twins skull, killing them. Provided the stronger twin survives, they can't be done for murder right? At least not in a country that legally allows abortion, right? I mean if they are attatched to you + you are providing nutrition keeping them alive, you own them, right?

A foetus/embryo would never want 2 die either, not just because it could cause unbearable agony, they aren't capable of dulling down like we can. But because every instinct in them drives them 2 survive, euthanasia is an unknown/unwanted concept 2 them. Just as with us, it negates their purpose, LIFE & is 2 be avoided 2 the xtreme

A born child is only a growning human 2 just as an embryo/foetus is a growing human, they aren't fully grown humans either!

It's rediculous 2 sugest a human can be anything other than human. You may say they won't know if they die they are 2 young. Yet if you broke your arm or were trod on after your birth, you wouldn't remeber it. But I'm sure u wouldn't say it's ok to do that because you wouldn't know anything about it, so it wouldn't be agonizing or scare you.

Being born is merely exiting a womb, your survival may depend on how physically advaced you are only. It's blatent ageism etc to say only those age? size? healthy or wanted by mum etc have the right to continue existing. That makes your right to keep living a lottery, congratulations if you get 2 read this, your numbers came up.

Um first of all this is a twisted scenerio. Second of all, it's considered murder...there is no logical reason why you compare this to abortion. Two grown human beings versus an undeveloped fetus in a mothers womb? A first grader would be able to see the moral difference.

And anyone who thinks they 'own' another person...you are sick. REgardless about the pro-life pro-choice debate, you have no absolutely no logic in your argument.

Whether any twin would want to purposefully kill the other is questionable. As for conjoined twins, I don't know whether they would be done for murder but I would imagine that, as suicide is also technically a punishable offence, then they would be charged with one of the two.

If they're conjoined then one most likely wouldn't survive with out the other. So both would die, eventually. Good luck. 2D
