I have a un-baffled pipe on it at the moment (no noise laws where im at country folk!) and I put a 107.5 jet in it the stock was 105 it has more power, yet I still would like to rip off the line I think its bottom end? And one more question is bottom end torque in the first few gears? Or is it top end?

Yank the engine and put a 2 stroke in there.

Then you will have power launches.

You need to put the silencer back on it 2 strokes and 4 strokes rely on "back pressure", your losing power with out it. Did you ever think about boring it out.... You never said what kind of "125 4 stroke" you have, because there is a difference. (example):
(1) Honda - CRF (Does not have a 125 4 stroke, debuts in 2009)
(2) Kawasaki - KXF (Does not have a 125 4 stroke, debuts in 2009)
(3) Suzuki - DRZ 125 & DRZ 125L (If you have one of these, you can have someone do some transmission mods)
(4) Yamaha - TTR 125L & TTR 125LE & TTR 125E (the only one that you can do transmission mods to is the 125L,"dont ask why i didnt build them")
(5) KTM - (does not make a 125 4 stroke and there is no word if they are going too)
(6) If you have bought one of those "no-name" or "never heard of 125 4 strokes" then i'm going to wish you "GOOD LUCK" on finding any kind of hi-performance parts for it.

WE need more details on what you have.

I don't mean to be a smart a**, but buy a bigger bike. With running an open exhaust and rejetting you've done about all you can do "bolt on" wise.

You may want to consider changing rear sprockets, that may increase your torque bit, but realize that you'll most likely notice a difference in your top end.

The next step would be to start looking into modding the motor internally.....I say why bother with that, sometimes unfortunately there really isn't a replacement for more displacement.

go to a larger rear sprocket to gain more torque at low end. Low end means lower gears, top end means higher gears. So 1-2 is low end. other options are to install a big bore kit, change your cam etc. but in the long run, it makes more sense to move up to a 250cc bike

A 125cc 4 stroke isn't going to rip off the line. Even after modifying the engine it isn't going to rip. You need a bigger engine or a 2 stroke 125.

purchase a larger displacement 4 stroke or a 2 stroke bike. Don't bother spending more money on your current bike. The motor is too small to make any real power

1. get it serviced properly. keep the old pipe. New cam chain, change the engine oil to fully synthetic.
2. increase the compression ratio from 9.5 to 11.0 by skimming the head.
3. put a smaller chain sprocket on the rear wheel. this will improve acceleration while reducing top speed.
4. lose weight

install a larger rear sprocket...top end is hi gear
