Was just there the weekend of August 20 (ish). This outlet mall is dying and there is not a lot left. We were coming home from Cleveland and stopped, we actually used to go there often but it had been a very long time. I did make a purchase at Carters for my nephew's b-day. If you have a small child (infant or toddler) it might be worth it but other than that I would say don't bother. There is nothing else around the mall (fast food and gas stations). You would do better to shop at Kohls or TJ Max, or other discount stores. Seriously not worth the drive.
However you might try going to Howell...to the Tanger Outlets

If you do go, stop in at Tomoato Brothers for lunch/dinner, just ask a local for directions its only about 5-10 minutes from the outlets. They have wonderful bread sticks and Italian Food.

There is one off of 75 if you keep going south towards Ohio but I'm not sure what the city is and whether or not they have a carters. There is also on in Brighton of 696 and they have a VERY nice Carter's. I shop there for my neice and nephew all the time. They have another infant clothes store too but I can't remember the name. I think it would be about an hour from you though, maybe a little less. It's worth the drive in my opinion.

I've not been to this particular outlet mall but I have been to tons of other outlet malls. Most of them have Carter's stores in them. I dont find that the Carter's Stores have any better bargains than local stores when they have a sale. However, if you have twins they are a good savings. You will get an extra percent off just for buying for them. I didnt have twins but my son and daughter were close in age and actually wore the same size for a while so I passed them off as twins and took the extra savings.

I've never been to that Carter's but I have been to the ones in West Branch and Birch Run. They both had the same stuff and it was the only place to find cute outfits for little boys. Unfortunately my son is 8 years old and outgrew the clothes there. I still go there when I need a gift for a baby shower.
