Nurse in a nursing home, and I have lifted 350+ patients without the lift and have moved a few hospital beds without wheels for weather evacs. I only weigh 118.
The hardest lift was a 350-400 lb patient that was also a right leg amputee, so they couldn't help from the floor up to the bed.

The heaviest thing i lifted is 1.5 Liter water bottle every morning to drink. I can't carry any weight things more than 10kg onwards because of my back pain that i fell down long time ago.

Working as a CNA, I had to lift several overweight patients with one of those lift thingies (forget what they're called). The heaviest was a 300 lb. lady.
(Okay,it's called a lift.)

When working out in college, I lifted weights a bit with some guy friends I had. I lifted a bar with 100lbs on it twice in a row. I was tiny and mighty.
