Would you not learn more doing your OWN HOMEWORK ?

Not sure exactly waht you are asking but I'll try. The CD, Hard Disk and Ram all use Megabytes and gigabytes a byte being 8 bits. The CPU is measured in speed which is usually Megahertz, (1 million cycles per second) but more recently Gigahertz (1 billion cycles per second). A hertz being 1 cycle per second.

CD- Megabytes
HD-Gigabytes, Terrabyte more recently
RAM- Megabytes or Gigabytes
CPU- Gigahertz
