Everyone has a vicious cycle of something, what's yours?

A vicious cycle is something that you always do and it's something bad for you....like your parents could of been alcoholics and their parents where too and now you are....that's a vicious cycle in a family....my vicious cycle is I always want to be in a relationship even if it's bad for me. I just don't want to be alone so I rather be sad with someone, then sad alone....I'm working on it guys!!

not being careful with money... and when i finally get some, i dont save as much as i should, so the next time something happens i am broke again.....
i should know better to plan ahead by now, but never do.....again late on rent this month.....ugh...

My vicious circle would be my rude behaviour
I behave rudely, people go crazy and angry , then they dont talk to me then i go and apologise, then they forgive me
and after sometime i again beheve rudely
I know it's a bad habit. One should not behave rudely
I always try having control on my anger

I tend to be hungry, eat too much, regret it, and start all over again. I know it's a bad cycle, but if I dont eat when I'm hungry I'll starve.
