I am a Realtor licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. I am looking for good sites to list my homes so that I can get more exposure. If you have any ideas just let me know.

Yahoo Real Estate is very good also! There of course is a fee but I'm sure Realtors would get an account with them at a better price than say an owner. They do slide shows etc. Trulia.com is also excellent.
Oh, also try Harmon Homes.

Real Estate .com

Good luck!:)

Hey Justin,

I have used Craig's list and Zillow. But to be honest only scams contact me. I'm sure you are uploading to Realtor.com and using as many photos as you can. Most people searching the Internet need visuals!

What other types of marketing are you doing?

You asked for it! Here is the best search for listings in Michigan. It is the idx link directly to the mls that Realtors use.

Postlets.com is pretty awesome- you create the flyer and they submit it to 10 different sites... plus they give you the code to past on any bulletin board... it looks nice and it's free!

No. You will pay for what they are offering as property managers, landlords or a website operator offerring all the relevant websites for your perusal.
