I have to do a book report on someone who has had an illness/disorder, an example Michael J Fox, it has to be an autobiography I can read, I can't seem to think of any, does anyone know of any good ones?

Autobiography of a Face by Lucy Grealy. Frank, touching and even funny. Lucy lost a good chunk of her face to cancer and endured taunts from kids. Lots in book about our society's worship of beauty. Lucy died a few years ago but book is still easy to find--very lyrical. I read this ten years ago and I still remembered it.

You could do _And I Don't Want to Live this Life_ by Deborah Spungen. It's about her extremely mentally ill daughter who became the girlfriend of one of the Sex Pistols, and he allegedly stabbed her to death. Google Nancy Spungen if you want to read a bit about it before you bother with the book.

Well, the autobiography of Helen Keller leaps to mind. She's nearly as handicapped as you can get.
