and they would have us believe that he paid in to the fund.
my fellow members on here have all said what the fund money is being used for and they wouldn't pass on bogus information. thats why i'm backing them all the way.

Are you lot kidding me!! Do you think they are worried about money at this moment in time when their daughter has disappeared and for the rest of their lives they will have to live with the consequences. How do you know if Richard Branson doesn't give pots of money to charities anyway. You see, every body is jealous yet they have become successful by hard work and taking risks, just so everybody can try taking it all away with them. If it wasn't for these people earning shed loads and paying taxes at 40% this country would be bust. Whilst the father of Madelaine is busy trying to find his daughter he is not working which means another hospital and it's patients suffering as well. This man is a top doctor for god's sake. The Portuguese police are an embarrassment. Bungling idiots. My wife's friend married a Portuguese man and moved over there. when she had a baby it was a blond boy and his family said to her that she should never leave the boy out of her sight because babies like that get stolen. Remember Ben going missing in Spain all those years ago - never to be found. A blond baby over their is like a golden ticket to a certain travelling community.

I don't understand - paying Richard Branson for what? He just said recently that he's given them £100,000 towards their legal funds, so I can't see what you mean about the McCanns paying Richard Branson for anything.
On a side note - can we all expect to be rewarded financially for causing the death of our child through neglect? This case has set a precedent for how other parents should be treated. Leave your tiny children alone outside the complex while you eat, drink and be merry - and win a load of money when one of them comes to harm. This tragedy was entirely avoidable but for the McCanns neglect.
Instead, they're sniffing round Gordon Brown trying to get him to intervene on their behalf, and sucking up to everyone who'll put up with their eternal bleating. There are 2 simple facts - Madeleine is missing - it's their fault.

yeah, before you post things that, shall we say, are rather unlikely to have happened, like this, you really should find some evidence, or no-one will believe you.
Seriously, they're not paying him any money...why would they? he's rich as anything, and also wouldn't risk the bad press that would surround such a deal. find some evidence, and we may take you seriously.

Thanks for the update ,love to read it for myself (hint, hint).Agree 100 % with you.I liked Richard Branson before he got involved recently,he lost some credibility with me,but I gave him the benefit of doubt that he felt he was doing the right thing supporting the family. I need to see the story for myself before revising my impression of the man.Does it say anything about payments to Mr. Beckham or J.K. Rawllings and are they paying O.J. to search for the real killer/abductor.

I say that unless you personally contributed to the McCann's fighting fund you have no say at all in how it is spent.
If you have contributed then you should take the matter up with their lawyer if you think that it is being mis-used.
Either way, I'm glad that you're not sitting on a jury. How can you possibly know enough to pronounce guilt? There is only press speculation and selective reporting. I certainly wouldn't trust the media to provide a full and accurate report of anything when they can sensationalise it.
You don't even know what you're accusing them of!
