What kind of a "disk" are you trying to save on?

If it is a floppy, try a different disk. A damaged floppy disk can give that error.

If it is a directory (folder) on you hard drive, you may be restricted from that folder. Try saving it in a different folder on the hard drive. Some folders are restricted even to administrators because they contain files needed for Windows to run properly.

Your floppy disk might be locked. Look on the back top corners. If there are two open squares, then your disk is unlocked.
