if you're really scared, i would call your doctor and get an appointment or go to the ER and demand an ultrasound, just to make sure everything is okay.

Almost no chance, a miscarriage at 19 weeks would be painful, the fetus is about 6 inches long by that point and it would have to pass out of your body.
She could be in SERIOUS distress though.
Call your doctor IMMEDIATELY, any day where you don't feel her move at all can be a sigh of serious complications.
I would call my doc on the way to the ER, there they will see if the little ones heart beat is still ok, I had this same thing happen to me, nothing was wrong but I DON'T think you want to take the chance...
You wont look foolish just go, better safe than sorry and thats what those people are there for.
I would say to drink a big glass of water and lay down on your left side for an hour and see if she moves, but being as its already been 2 days I would say go now. Don't wait,
The ER has ways to stop you from miscarrying, best be there if that is whats going on.
good luck mommy!

I've been through EXACTLY that!!! You're stressing yourself out and that's not good for you or the baby... I started feeling the baby move like in week 18... Felt it for a few days and then nothing for like 2 weeks!!! I was freaking out cause till just Monday, I hadn't heard the heart beat... I thought the exact same thing... That something could be wrong cause I didn't feel it move anymore... After my doctors appointment on Monday I felt such a relief... I heard the baby's heart beat and got an ultrasound... The baby is perfectly fine... The doctor said it's normal for baby's to begin to actually move anywhere from 20-22 weeks... So don't worry... Your little one is just fine... Plus... old wives tale; Little girls are lazier than boys... Give it time... you'll feel her move soon... On her time... I just started to feel my baby move again yesterday... and I felt the "first kick" too... It's amazing!!! Good Luck...

When did you first feel movement?
Generally you'll first feel movement at around 18 weeks, and its faint little flutters and pibbles, and then baby moves, or the placenta is in the way and you dont feel anything for a few days.
If you havent felt anything and you're worried, go get a big candy bar and some fruit juice, lay down on your side and eat and drink and wait a few minutes, you're bound to feel something.
You'll have days where baby is almost inactive. Just like newborns they have days there they sleep and rest and grow like crazy and then come back twice as active and strong. Its normal.
If you're very concerned, go to the ER right now and insist on an ultrasound.

Speaking from experience, movement at 19 weeks is very sporadic. I don't think 2 days is a long time to go without feeling it at this stage. Just because you don't feel anything does not mean your baby isn't moving. Apparently, babies move up to 50 times per hour in the womb... and at 21 weeks, I can go several hours without feeling a single tiny movement. Don't freak out. Call your doctor to see if you can come in and have them listen to the heartbeat. I'm betting everything is just fine though.

If it makes you feel any better I'm just past 20 weeks and I'm still going a couple days at a time of not feeling the baby. We're still right before they really begin to get big. There's a lot of room and fluid and if they're sitting a different way we just aren't going to feel them all the time. In another month it will seem like they never stop. Try not to worry and give the doc a call if you're still wondering. Good luck and congrats

its actually pretty normal to not feel the baby sometimes when you are still only 19 weeks. some ppl still havent felt the baby at all at 19 weeks. try having a snack high in sugar and laying down for an hour or so...and see if the sugar gives the baby a little energy burst. if you still feel nothing and are very concerened, call your ob. but i doubt you are having a miscarraige...you would be having pain and bleeding. im sure everyhting is just fine:)

With my first child, I panicked like this too, she is two now. Your baby is probably in there moving around when you don't notice it (i.e. when you are very active and not paying attention or sleeping). That was the case in my situation. Your baby will likely spark up and start beating you up again before you know it. I don't think I ever relaxed until my babies were born. And then I just stared at them when they slept to make sure they were breathing.
Congratulations, you're a mother. That's what we do, we worry.

You will not have a miscarriage and not know it. There is not a chance of not knowing it at nearly 5 months. You would have labor pains and blood and a big 5 month fetus. I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks and there was quite a bit of blood... and I had contractions really bad. When he came out it was in a huge blood clot the size of a large grapefruit. The chances of you having a miscarriage now and not knowing is zero.
