www.247spares.co.uk is a good site. I got a power steering pump for my Seat for only £50 delivered r.r.p 120. They search all over the country and then contact you with the details of where to get or try searching car parts as there are other sites that do this. Good luck

If you want a second-hand pump, there are breakers yards all over the UK, some of which must have the part you require. There are online search tools for some, and others use an online service where you state what you want, and any breakers yard with one will contact you.
If you want a brand new pump, go to http://www.xpart.com/html_content/OEParts.htm to find your nearest stockist of genuine MG-Rover parts.

I would also hit the scrapyards.
The servo for my Vectras locking fuel flap failed, and I couldn't find a new part for less than £30.
Went to the local scrappy with a screwdriver, and pulled one out of a car they were breaking, paid a tenner for it.
Fitted and works fine. The guy in the office even said that if it didn't work, I could bring it back and swap it for one out of another car. Can't beat that kind of service in my opinion.

Head for your local scrap yard, or buy a copy of autotrader and find one they are breaking for spares.
If new is the only way to go for you then look for you local motor spares dealer as they will no doubt be able to find a pattern part if no new one is available.
