well it could be the tilted uterus, or it could be that maybe the pregnancy is earlier than you guys think. symptoms of a miscarriage includes heavy bleeding, the passing of clots, and intense uterine pain.

A tilted uterus has nothing to do with not seeing anything. It was never an issue for me.
Six weeks is a bit too early to see a heartbeat. Give it a couple more weeks.
I had very early ultrasounds with my pregnancies (I had previous miscarriage). The first @ 6 weeks, the sacs could be made out but nothing else. At 8 weeks, heartbeats could be detected.
It is WAY too early to detect movement. That comes along later.
If your doctor isn't worried, try not to worry yourself. In a couple of weeks there will be a repeat ultrasound which should put your mind at ease.
IF your girlfriend to start cramping and bleeding--if that happens--then go to the doctor. If not, then "relax" and wait for the next ultrasound.

When a woman is only 6 to 8 weeks, they normally cant do an external ultrasound, they will do one vaginally. This will help them see there there is in fact an embryo inside.

6 weeks is usually too early for the doctor to be able to see the baby.

Too early. But do go see the doctor; he'll answer your question and let you know what to expect and when.

been there. this increased my miscarriages--can't carry without medical intervention. I had doctor sew me up so I wouldn't go into labor early. Get medical attention and stress that the uturus is tilted.
