Yes, I've been going to the Original Tommy's at Rampart & Beverly since a Chili Cheeseburger was 25¢!
The original stand which is still there today sells hamburgers and hot dogs topped with chili. All chili bombs, tamales and hot dogs are served with a standard garnish of chopped onions, thick hand-sliced tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and chili, unless otherwise requested.
Their only real rival is Pinks at Melrose and La Brea that serves, essentially, the same thing but 'specializes' in Hot Dogs.
There's usually a line a Tommy's and even if it's 50 feet long you'll be served by the lightning fast staff within two minutes!
