I started taking vitamin b6 a week ago because I have a short luteal phase, my question is if taking vitamin b6 make your temperature raise? because since I started with vitamin b6 my temperatures are a little higher than normal (I didn't ovulated yet) and also will vitamin b6 delayed ovulation or dry my cervical mucus? and it is safe to take vitamin b6 or will I have another problem later? and if I get pregnant should I stop taking it right away or do I have to keep taking vitamin b6?

Vitamin B6 is very helpful in lengthening a luteal phase. I generally take it once ovulation has been confirmed with a sustained thermal shift. Temperatures vary from cycle to cycle, and the B6 may or may not have anything to do with it. Vitamin B6 is also recommended in pregnancy to help with morning sickness, but not to the exclusion of other essential vitamins. If you have any health problems you should check with your doctor, because large doses of B6 have been known to cause health problems , but for most people 50-100 mg per day is safe.

Talk with your doctor, its not good advice to take a single b vitamin along for a long period of time as it can keep you from absorbing the others which are equally as important.

It might be more beneficial to take a b vitamin complex instead of just a b6.
