First realize that teenagers will not respect you. Second fish aournd and hope you dont find any gray hairs. Third realize those clothes at the back of the closet might as well as go to good will because you aint never fitting into those dockers again.
Seriously, I'm 31 and still think of myself as a young fellow. Then I get an email from a very attractive 19 year old who thinks I would be a good match for her...MOM! When did this happen.
Anyway, have your friends take you out to eat to a fancy restaurant and try to google your former classmates. Then you realize that the wiz kid in class is assistant manager at taco bell, the cheer leader is doing two packs a day at the trailer park and all of a sudden you get to feeling better about yourself.

Go out of town on a nice getaway. Im about to turn 30 and im going Skiing in the Blue Ridge Mountains Virginia.

1. dine out with a small group of ur really closest friends
2. pamper urself (new hairdo, have ur nails polished, spa, etc)
3. buy urself that bit expensive item u found in the store and been eyeing for months (& don't feel guilty; it's ur gift to urself)

since most gray hairs come after the age of thirty, you can donate your hair. if you have long hair, make a donation to locks of love. you'll have the feeling that your life has helped someone else feel better about theirs too.
