go to pogo.com or iwin.com are a couple of games you can go to if you want to dress up a a doll that looks like you go to meez.com and tell them i sent you and put in sweetpea49 that gives you 5 points on you and me to buy stuff and there is another place called imvu for an avartar chat

You program them. You would have to know a Computer Language. i think majority of Computer games now are programed in Direct X. Also Microsoft had XNA language for the Xbox 360 so you can program on your computer and move them over to your Xbox 360.
