Oh God, I love all cheese. I can't really just pick one. You need them all. I need cheddar for sandwiches & mac & cheese, I need mozzerella for pizza, blue cheese for burgers & chicken wings, you need all of them! If I had to pick, I would have to say mozzerella. I like the cheese sticks too.
