In general, how do you think NFL refs do when it comes to calling a game? Do you think they call too much/too little? Are they doing a good job overall? How would you compare them to those in the NCAA?

By the way, I'm not asking this so I can rant on them. As someone who officiates high school games, I have some sympathy for them. I'm just curious how people think they're doing.

Pretty well. Instant replay keeps them honest.

I think a lot of reps are biased towards certain teams. They're more likely to give close calls to the Colts and Cowboys before they would the Jets or the Lions. This goes for home teams as well.

For the most part they do a good job but you can always tell when they have money riding on the game because the officiating gets a little too crazy.

to me it appears that the calles are different for different teams it seem bias
