If a Democrat is elected, within one week the economy will be in the best shape ever, if the Iraq war is still going on we will be winning, America will be safer than it has ever been and the world will absolutely love us like they have not done since the Clinton administration. Anything that goes wrong will of course be immediately attributable to the dark era of the Bush administration.

Great question! For a while, they''ll get away with blaming Bush. But after awhile, that crutch will no longer do any good.
Rewmember, the Dems gained seats in Congress , if for no other reason they were Dems and Bush is a Rep. But honestly, what has congress done since the new congress convened?

You think they won't still blame Bush?

Democrats are still blaming Reagan, and Republicans are still blaming Clinton and Carter.

It stands to reason that the policies of current and past president's have a significant impact on the present and future.

But that does not excuse the way our political climate has devolved into a blame-game power grab in which the only thing that matters is your side being right, instead of getting things done.

In 20 years they still will blame President Bush due to their running on hatred instead of dealing with the politics of today rationally.

Blame the conservatives. They have no feeling for the American people.

That will be the new liberal catchphrase.

"It is Bush's fault."

It's been seven years and Clinton is still getting blamed for Bush.
Blame goes where it should, President Bush will receive much deserved blame.
