something sugary. For a quick relief from low pressure and dizziness I would drink an espresso with a lot of sugar in it, and then eat carbohydrates, like pasta or pizza

You should eat some cold grapes and have a nice bottle or glass of ice water! That helped me out a lot! It might help if you laid down for a while! That should keep the stress out of your brain! Good luck to ya!

Something with protein, chicken, peanut butter, seafood. You should be careful not to go too long before eating. Have a snack every 2-3 hours.
