Boil some lemon juice, or vinegar on the stove after cooking. Use "Oust" spray. Open the windows and turn on a fan.

While your cooking or ingeneral? Store your spices in airtight containers in the cuboard and while you are cooking run a fan. If you hate the smell of your food maybe you might cook something else. You can try an odor remover like Oust or Febreeze during the time you are cooking or maybe some plug ins?

Coffee grounds put in containers. Place in cupboards. Also a pot of boiling water to start. Add lemons, Cinnamon, orange peels etc along that line and simmer while you cook and after just don't leave it to boil dry. The coffee grounds absorb smells even better than baking soda.
