First trip the two lightest guys leave the island, then the 102lbs guy returns to the island alone. The heaviest guy leaves the island by himself. The 110lbs guy returns to the island to pick up the 102lbs guy. The two light guys leave the island and make it to safety.

The two guys that weigh 102 and 110 cross 1st and than the either guy who weighs under 200 goes back for the big buy. The 265 lb guy crosses by himself . One of the smaller guys crosses back on the raft to get the other smaller guy and the 2 smaller guys get to their destination and all 3 are there.

Clearly, man 3 cannot ride the raft with anyone else. man 1 and 2 can ride the raft together (total weight 212.)
First, 1 and 2 ride from Sinking Island ("Sinking") to Safety Island ("Safety").
Next, either 1 or 2, but not both, rides the raft back from Safety to Sinking.
3 then rides the raft from Sinking to Safety by himself.
Whoever did not go the first time, either 1 or 2 rides from Safety to Sinking.
Last, 1 and 2 ride back together from Sinking to Safety.

the 102 and 110 take the raft to the next island. one stays there. the other goes back and gives the raft to the 265. 265 rows to safety and gives the raft to first 100 pound guy. 100 pound guy goes back to get other 100 pound guy. 102 and 110 row back to safety.

the two lighter ones go acrosstogether first. ( call them A n B.) A then returns with the raft . the heaviest guy goes next and the guy B returns to pick up guy A and yjey return together. all 3 are then on the 2nd island.
