According to my research Cory is a unisex name (I did not notice much starting with K).
What I did find were these feminine names:
Coretta Coriann Corianne
Cori Corrisa Corrianna
Corrianne Corrie

Cora is used as a feminine form of Corey, and Coretta is a pet form of that, so either of those makes the most sense.

Of course there are other Cor- names that sound similar (Corinna, Coralie, Coral, Cordelia, Cornelia, etc.), all of which are lovely, classic names, but I stuck with the above two simply because you said you wanted an actual feminine version, and none of the others are related to Corey in any way. ;)

Hope that helps!

Well, the name Cory started as a nickname for Cornelius. If you want a similar sounding name to Cornelius, then Cornelia. You could also use Cordelia, Corinne, Coralie, Corbin, Coriander, or Coretta.

Out of these, my favorites are Cordelia and Coriander.

Cora and Coralie. Both legit, classically beatiful feminine variations on the name Cory.

Cory. I'd consider it a unisex name.

Your variations all seem a little forced. If you want a more formal name, maybe Corinne, Corinna or Cora.
