I have a 6.5" "whinner" and I feel like it is not big enough. I would be happy to have a bit larger like 8" and thicker "whinner". My question is are there any physical or some sort of activities that really help increase the size of a "whinner"? And for women, what is your ideal "whinner" size ?

Adult women do not care about size. That's really true. As long as you are in the normal range (and you are), an inch or two more or less makes absolutely zero difference to a woman. The only exception is that a penis that is too big can be so painful for the woman to accomodate that she will refuse to have sex. You are in the high average range, so that shouldn't be a problem, but it would not be good to be any bigger. Seriously, even if you could get bigger by taking pills (you can't; they are all scams) you would be limiting your choice of partners by doing so.
Yes, a vagina stretches to accomodate a baby, but only after months of hormone changes to make the tissues relax, and even then it's extremely painful. So don't think a woman can stretch to any size, because it's just not true. Women cannot understand why men want to be hung like horses -- and those who are are likely to not be getting any.

No, assume your whinner is your penis. Sure everyone wants a bigger one, for some reason, but bigger is not always better. I once knew a guy who was huge 8+ but was a virgin for years because no girl would let him penetrate due to the size. You are above average, enjoy it. There are a lot of companies ready to take your money to give you possibly toxic drugs purporting to increase size but none work. Don't waste your money, go stand in front of a mirror and be proud of what you have.

I'd say yours is above average and women would find it okay in size. How thick is is? Most women value thickness over length!
Be happy wth 6.5", mine is 2 inches shorter!!!!

It's called a penis. And you are average in size. Nothing wrong with that - it will function normally.
There is nothing short of very expensive surgery that will change the size.

Size is very unimportant. If a girl loves a guy, she is more interested in how he treats her, his personality and his sense of humour rather than the size of his penis.
