Not actually a ring of fire - just a fire that was on a hill that I was sliding down in a plastic box. This was possibly not an intelligent thing to be doing but it was a very long time ago...

No, but my sister was little and had on flip flops and my dad was burning trash or something and she went and was playing in the ashes cuz she said it looked like snow and the flip flops melted to the bottom of her feet! That was a bad experience.
