I am currently working in a Engineering design company as a 'Trainee Engineer'. I am a B.E. Mechanical graduated this year. I want to leave this company for my further studies. I have signed a bond of Rs. 50,000 for six months on a stamp paper. This bond will be ending in March and I will be leaving in December. My salary is around Rs.12000 and by december I will be completing 5 months. I want breach that bond. So can I skip the payment of Rs. 50000 and runaway? Can they take any legal action against it? What action they will take? I don't want any experience certificate from the company.
