Why do Mexican Guys & hillbilly white guys were Mullets? It is true.?

The other day I saw A Mexican Guy walk into the BarberShop & he came out with a mullet! Whenever i go up to the mountains, A bunch of White guys with mullets. Here In Pennslyvania there's alot af Mexican men with Mullets.Why?

why ANYONE would get a mullet is beyond me. It does make my day when you see a good mullet though. :)

Agreed but mexi-mullets are fun 2 look at at,as are billy ray mullets!!!!

I am a hairdresser so I would say they have a stylist with no imagination.Everyone should update their look every once in a while.
