Why don't My dash lights and tail lights work.?

I have a 1995 chevy monte carlo. When I turn on my headlights my dash lights, and tail lights don't come on. I have already checked the fuses, and they are all good. My headlights work fine, and so do my blickers and brake lights. Please Help!

You have an open circuit somewhere. I would recheck all the fuses as this sounds like there is one open which affects both. If the fuses are good, take the headlight switch out and test the power in and out when using the switch that goes to the lights and the interior light fuse. If that isn't working, the switch is humped and if it's okay you have an open somewhere in the circuit which will have to be chased down.
