Laser or IPL both work. Just know that it takes repeated treatements to get the final results you desire.

Most of the time, laser works in removing the hair but you have to undergo several sessions. Laser works by heating and destroying the hair bulb. Sometimes though, some people have experienced skin discoloration from laser treatment though there are newer laser treatments that has minimal risk with skin discoloration.

Laser hair removal works really well, especially on darker hair because the laser can work better with pigment. It can be costly and take multiple treatments. It can also be a little painful. Imagine a rubber band slapping you over and over, but it is tolerable.
