What are your opinions and thoughts on interracial relationships?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with them. Just as with people of the same race who have different religions, opnions, customs etc. people in an interraccial relationship may run into the same issues. People may say that if you have children you are setting them up for difficulties but I don't buy it. If a same race couple has a child and he/she is fat, slow, funny looking etc. no one says a thing.
And remember, we are all black when the lights go out! ;)

Personally, I have no interest in having relationships with men of other races. However, I feel that whatever other people do behind their closed doors is their business. As long as they don't try to make it my business, who am I to say anything about it?
I used to live next door to an inter-racial lesbian couple. They were quiet, considerate, neighbors. They kept their home and property up, and didn't bother anyone. We were on good terms, and I would proudly call them friends.
Of all my neighbors, they were the only ones to send flowers when my husband died, and they helped me to find a job when I was ready to go back to work. Nobody else did so much to help me through that difficult period.
If I had snubbed them because they have different tastes than I do, I would have been the one who missed out!
People, please, let's all live and let live. The world will be a better place for it!

My thoughts on this subject...well, the world overall is evolving every day. Centuries ago new races of people were born out of this practice. And frankly, with all of the gigantic issues that require answers, I think we should all be tolerant of each other so we can move on to bigger and more critical issues. If everyone would stop wasting time trying to keep the races from intermarrying or having relationships, we as a population could be more productive. It is a personal choice and should be held as a personal freedom.
