Sounds like you got it, I took an extra pillow with me and some lolly pops for dry mouth during labor. Maybe pack some diapers and wipes in case the hospital doesn't supply them. Since you aren't sure about breastfeeding yet, pack a nursing bra just in case, I found them comfy anyways! Good Luck!

Camera (don't forget batteries!)
Chapstick (or similar), my lips got so dry!
Hair tie (if you have long hair)
Shampoo/Conditioner
Comb/Brush
Lotion
I hate letting my hair air dry and I have an extra so I threw in a hair dryer!
Make-up
Cell phone and charger (if allowed by hospital)
I would definately bring my own maxi-pads (and have already packed mine!). The hospitals are huge, uncomfortable and don't have the "wings" so you end up with a mess. I would pack a few more panties just in case.
You really don't need washcloths and towels, unless you prefer your own, as they have them there.
Others have suggested diapers, wipes and bottles, but you may want to call ahead to the mother child ward to find out what they provide. Our hospital provides all of these items so it's just extra weight and bulk in your bag.
As far as a nightgown goes, I packed a nightgown and robe for my 1st and only used the robe. They gave me a nursing gown to wear which was nice (whether you nurse or not) your bottom isn't hanging out the back! I used the robe to cover up when going to the nursery.
I also have a notepad and pen ~ I was so tired after delivering my 1st I couldn't remember anything anyone told me! I'm going prepared this time and taking notes!!!
Good Luck and Congratulations!

Camera, puzzle books or other things to keep you occupied in case you're in labor for a long time, portable radio if you want music, shampoo is missing. You will want nursing pads (and therefore nursing bras), because regardless of whether you nurse of not, you will make and leak milk until you dry up, so you'll need them.
Personally, from your list, I would leave off maxi pads (they'll give them to you), wash clothes, towels, soap, socks (I had to wear safety socks with the treads on the bottom, hospital policy). You might call ahead and ask what things are provided and what aren't. You don't want to haul more in than you need. You don't need diapers or wipes, they will have them.

You dont really need to bring maxi pads because the hospital with provide you with plenty of those! As far as a bra goes, if you plan on nursing, bring a comfy nursing bra. I Know when i packed my bag, i brough everything i could think of and the only things i truely used, were a bra, nightgown, ROBE!!(for walking down the hall to the nursery) slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, deoderant, and an outfit for me and the babies(i had twins) to come home in. If you forget anything, someone can always run to your house and get it for you!!

They send diapers home with you. They also provide you with nice big maxi pads(ask them to put ice in right after delivery)They provide you with towels wash cloths, soap. You pay for it,might as well use it.
They provide formula and nipples too if you are going to bottle feed.
As for bra's,I would suggest a sports bra. Snacks are a must, hospital food isnt the best, and there is nothing worse than needing a snack @2 am and not having anything.
Make sure the jammies and panties are older ones, you dont want to mess up new ones.

CHAPSTICK--- with all the breathing exercises my lips got so dry
make sure your socks are skid proof, as the hospital floors are slippery and you will be a little weak on your feet after labor (epsecially csection)
bring a brush, hair ties, etc
and despite what other says, bring your own maxi pads because by my 2nd day i was feeling more like myself and sick of wearing the "diapers" they give you
i wouldnt bring towels cause they have plenty of them (but do bring nice smelling body wash) and dont bring diapers or wipes cause they have them too!
and honestly, i would consider wearing the hospital gowns for the first day or so because i bled all over the first few i wore. you dont wanna ruin your personal gowns.

Diapers and also a baby's bottle (specially if you don't know if you are going to breastfeed the baby).
Also, something to cover the baby's head is recommended by some doctors. There are different theories about this, but some say babies need to have their little heads covered when going out the hospital because the loose a lot of body heat through their heads.
If you are going to breastfeed your baby, make sure your PJ's have buttons up front. Otherwise you will have to take off the top to feed the baby.
Hope this helps!

don't forget a camera and it is a good idea to have an address book with a list of people you want to call and give the good news to. I was pretty comfortable in nursing bras they have a little more padding to keep your shirt a bit dryer. You may want to cinsider packing some nursing pads for that reason as well. Congratulations!

Well you want to bring something warm for the baby to go home in... Maybe something that you can save for sentimental value... A camera or video recorder... Batteries .. An MP3 player or cd player (really helps through contractions) chargers for any devices as well as Cd's etc. Maybe a pillow from home to make yourself more comfortable .. Hair Brush, Clips, Berrets etc. some gum, something to read or some crossoword puzzles .. Something to keep your mind off of things going on around you .. Hope this helps!

ARGH! Yes! You're missing a CAR SEAT! Unless you plan on leaving that child at the hospital there needs to be a car seat - many hospitals will not release their infant patients (the newborn) without a suitable car seat.
As for the labor you might want to bring some athletic drinks with carbs that rehydrate, gum for your partner, and shampoo and conditioner for you.
Some lotion or massage oil might come in handy to help rub your back during contractions.
Pillows, with a different color pillow case on them then white (hospital pillows are not comfy).
And I suggest something that is a comfort object for you - a picture of your favorite place, your most favorite pillow, a rock, doesn't matter as long as its packable - it will help when you get to the point that you think "I can't do this!" Which is a sign you're almost done.
