Because he's married to an uninterested (sexually) woman and he has a through the roof sex drive. He doesn't want to cheat, but it's driving him nuts.

Lexapro helps, but I can't think of anything else unless you can find some salt peter.....not recommended. If you find anything, let me know. I'd like to introduce my husband to it, seriously. I'm very tired!~
