"I helped so many people" is not a question..
I really don't understand what you are asking!
Good for you for helping people!
Keep up the good work!

One who hewlps chouls not feel like that .a man descends to cheating when he is unable to live with pride.
Those who give out to help can nt assess the worth of each and every person they help. a little of the water you pour for the crop will go to the weeds also . Do not mind it .When you donate some money to an orphnage , a little of it shouod necessarily go to the employees and management to carry on the work. These are incidental.

Try to make donations anonymously without any forward or backward traceability.
If you are really sincere to help people, forget about making a headcount, you do not even want to know who did you help. Follow Guru Nanak's teachings:
Tere bhane sarbat da bhala - It's God's will to serve them all.
Dainda de lainde thak paye - God keeps on giving, yet the receivers may get tired of receiving.
We are just mere instruments of this receiving and giving game in God's perpetual theatre. We think we are giving - but it's not true. The ultimate giver is only God, the creator, the supreme being whatever name or power, or force you may want to assign to it.

Cheated?
Helping people is something that makes you feel good?
Do you help people in the hope that one day you might need help and so get your karma pointsup and ready for just such an event?
Help if you like. but don't bang on about it to others, it kind of detracts from your good deed.
Sorry I don't get the question.

Friend,
what are your definitions of help and cheating.
If you are helping any , they must be in need and your help shall bring them some solace. But HELPING will not expect anything in return. So if you expect that the person whom you thought helped shall be indebted to you , or shall behave in such a way to please you. That is not called HELP.It is bargaining.
So the cheating does not arise in REAL HELPING.
You HELP and forget what you did and to whom you did. Then this feeling of cheating will not be there.

Helping others is considered a good thing as long as you are not enabling others to hurt themselves. If you are, you may be suffering from co-dependency and you really need councilling.

I know what you mean, and it happens always with me same like you and so many other people, that if you help someone by anyway there will be no even hi hello relationship with them, with me it happens from long time and so many people, and end of the day I thought
"IF WE CAN HELP SOMEONE JUST HELP WITHOUT ANY ACCEPTATIONS,AND ALL PEOPLE HAVE CERTAIN TYPE OF LEVEL OF THINKING ,AND ON OTHER FLIP ITS NOT NECESSARY THAT ALL PEOPLE THINK ALWAYS LIKE US,SO THERE IS THE "LEVEL OF THINKING" THE PEOPLE FROM OPPOSITE SIDE THINKING BY THEM LEVEL ,LIKE IF THEY HAVE RICH KNOWLEDGE THEY WILL THINK HIGH ----IF THEY HAVE POOR KNOWLEDGE THEY WILL THINK LOW"
In short every mind have certain level.

Are you really helping them or just enabling them. Sometimes helping only hurts them by stopping them from doing what they should for themselves.

God wants us to help the poor, lonely.sick and needy.
try not to let them get to you.Remember your doing it for God.
The bible says dont cast your pearls before the swine.
So if they take advantage of you stop doing things and just pray for them.If they need food go to the store and buy it dont hand out money..

you're codependent. this means you're addicted to other people's addictions and drama and you are obsessed with taking care of them, saving them, and trying to fix them.
you have to get counseling. it's a very difficult thing to overcome.
