Aren't you a little paranoid ... this lawsuit did not seek to deprive the citizens of Nebraska of their freedom of religion. Regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit, had it not been dismissed, Nebraskans would have retained the right to worship, or not, as they see fit. And even if God had been found to be responsible for all of the complaints in the the lawsuit, the judgment would have been more symbolic than anything.

Is anyone paying attention? We are coming closer to communisum every day.I just saw on TV last night where companys are trying to start a health program and if you do not get involved your insurance rates will be higher,You can't smoke, you can't be overweight,So we can all get on disability because 90% of the people are overweight (including myself) and the insurance companys run this country.Yes,I agree we could do different with our lifestyles, but I for one don't want the government to tell me what and when I can eat.In California they are talking about banning fastfood resturants in some town. How long are the people going to take this? Some senitors, lawmakers ,
and congressmen think it alright to be gay,but you can't eat the food you want, something is wrong with this picture.Catch me in a public restroom and try to play footsies with me but make sure I haven't ate at Wendy's or Mcdonalds first.(WE THE PEOPLE) what does that stand for? Please vote this coming election and vote everyone out that is in there, forget which party,we need a change in government before it is to late and the only way to do it is in voting, and freedom of speech. The problem is most politicans do not care about us,they get in and have insurance the rest of their lives, and a pretty hefty retirement, but for us common working people we will struggle to retire and then still be in poverty.Send billions to other countries, but let us taxpayers suffer.Where is the fairness in all that?By the way forgive my spelling,If I knew what I know now, when I was young to go to prison and get a college education I would have.I have a problem with that also,I could not go to college because I could not afford to,but our prisoners do not have to work, just go to school, most of them to get time cuts, not to better themselves.

how is this an invasion of freedom of religion or speech?

the senator is filing in civil action against God. If anything, it is a sad commentary about our judicial system.
