From just the information you provided, you can sue whomever you want to sue over this, but you haven't provided enough details to indicate whether the school and/or doctor actually discriminated against you based on your handicap. You would need something more to prove discrimination based on your handicap. If the doctor looked at you and said, " I don't like your handicap or people with your handicap so I am not going to treat you." then you might have a case.
However, simply because the medical school referred you doesn't force the doctor to accept you. Even though they are affiliated, the doctor ultimately has to make the decision about who he can and cannot serve at any one time. Unless you have additional details, it could be possible that he didn't think he had the expertise to treat you, or that his schedule was so full that he couldn't add you to it, regardless of how simple or difficult your health needs might be. Call back to the medical school and request another referral until you find one that will see you.

I hope you do sue. I can tell you have NEVER been a part of a real lawsuit.
Listen, lawsuits are horrible. I don't care if you are the plaintiff or if you are the defendant.
If you sue someone, I can promise you without a doubt you will begin to regret your decision pretty quickly. In fact, you will probably be looking for a way to put a stop to the whole thing once you get it started and have to write a few checks to some law firm that doesn't seem to be getting you any where fast.
Yeah... you go ahead and sue somebody...

You can't sue someone just because they pissed you off. It's entirely possible that the doctor refused to see you because whatever is wrong with you was something he wasn't trained or equipped to handle. If he had seen you despite the fact that he wasn't equipped to and hurt you, then he would be liable. In this case, refusing to treat you was the better and more legally sound option.
Why did you go to a medical school for treatment in the first place? Go to a hospital like everyone else.

Sure, go ahead! To be taken seriously, you'll need a lawter.
For the lawyer to take you seriouslty, you'll need a retainer of possibly a thousand dollars or more.
The first question he would ask you is, did you ask to be sent to another doctor?

Sounds to me you are just looking for a reason to sue. Did you ever think that the doctor they sent you to might not have felt qualified to handle your issues? What if he wasnt experienced enough and harmed you?
