It's a leap year too. That hurts.

If you want to use it for just the first two months, it would work in 2014 (or would have worked back in 1997).

If you want to use it for just the last ten months, it would work in 2009 (or would have worked back in 1998).

If you want to use it for a full year, it won't work until 2020.

1992 was a leap year and September 19 fell on
Saturday. So January 1 fell on Wednesday.
Each of the 7 possible leap years(i.e.,
with January 1 falling on a given day of the week)
only occurs once every 28 years. So the next
time you can use your diary again will be in 2020.
By the way, each of the 7 possible non-leap
years(plain years) occurs every 6 or 11 years in a 28 year cycle.
So if you have a diary for this year the next year you could use it would be 2018 because there are 2 leap
years between 2007 and 2013.
Yes, that's right. If there is only 1 leap year
between 2 plain years with January 1 falling on
the same date the next such year will be 6
years in the future, but if there are 2 leap years
between the current year and 6 years hence
it will be 11 years in the future.
This also applies if the current year is a
plain year and the year 6 years hence is a leap year.
Examples: 2005 and 2011 have the same
calendar because 2008 is the only leap year
between them.
How about 2007? There are 2 leap years
between 2007 and 2013, so the next year
with the same calendar as 2007 will be 2018.
The calendar is a fascinating subject(for me,
at least!).

In 2009, September 19th will be a Saturday again...but it is not a leap year (1992 was a leap year). So, the next leap year meeting your constraints will be 2020.

It's your Diary. Use it whenever you damned well want to.
Or do you mean when will 9/19 be on a Saturday next? You missed it already, it was in '98. But there's one coming up in 2009.
Or does it have to be a Leap Year (like '92 was)? If so, -that- won't happen until 2020.
